1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
You must raise the return request within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
❗ Perishable items such as fresh vegetables, fruits, or dairy are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@orgagro.net with:
Your Order ID
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Reason for return
Once approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.
3. Refund Process
After the returned product passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details for the refund.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer free replacements in the case of damaged or incorrect items. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
